The 100% Manusia Film Festival is under the Non-profit Organization, ‘Bhinneka Cipta Setara’, which focuses on creative works (film, literature, photography, stage performances and social media) which facilitates changes, raises awareness, and supports human empowerment for a better future. This organization also prioritizes human rights and diversity issues, which includes issues regarding gender, children, disability, mental health and HIV/AIDS. The committee members are from various backgrounds and professions, who voluntarily makes time to work on a shared mission, a tolerant Indonesia which can be a home for all.
