Rufus and his uncle Alpha, two Ivorians, run an aging hotel in the hinterland of Perpignan. At the beginning of the summer, Alpha returns to the Ivory Coast to sell the family land to relaunch his business in France, before leaving it to his nephew. While waiting for him, Rufus keeps the hotel with Monika, his girlfriend, but Alpha’s trip to the country will upset his plans.
