MANUEL MARINAY started as a police reporter when gays were perceived as ei- ther working in fashion or entertainment. He’s used to seeing cadavers and dealing with corrupt and erring policemen.

He worked as a defense reporter for Manila Times covering Camp Aguinaldo and Camp Crame. He went on to become desk editor, city editor and associate editor for the Manila Times and Manila Bulletin. Tired of chasing the news, he forayed into Public Relations and handled PNP Chiefs, and big corporate accounts.

He is presently the Managing Director of Fluid Media Strat House and has produced films intended for the international market.
